Athenic Pricing

Every new organization starts on a free trial of the Pro plan, with no credit card and no charge when it ends. Choosing a plan before the trial is up keeps everything running. If none is chosen, the organization and its data stay put and can move to the Free plan or subscribe at any time — AI features are unavailable until it does.

Credits are consumed as the platform is used — running queries, building dashboards, executing automations, and so on. Every plan includes a monthly credit allotment that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Credits bought on top of a plan are separate: they roll over and stay in the account. The monthly allotment resets at the start of each billing cycle. Before then, a plan can buy extra credits, turn on auto-recharge, or move up a tier. Enterprise plans include custom credit allotments negotiated with an account team.

Business app connectors (like Google Ads) sync your data into the Athenic Warehouse and are billed on usage: each connection is charged for the rows it syncs each month on a declining tiered rate, debited daily from your credit balance as data lands. Warehouse storage is billed monthly at $0.052 per GB. The initial historical sync is free, schema-change re-syncs are free, and querying your synced data costs nothing extra. An active row is a unique row added or updated in your connected business app during the calendar month. Each unique row is billed once per month regardless of how many times it changes or re-syncs. Syncing the same row repeatedly never incurs an additional charge, and rows that don't change at all aren't billed.

Auto-recharge tops up your balance first. If it can't (no card on file or auto-recharge disabled), syncing pauses until the balance is positive again, and organization admins are notified by email. Already-synced data stays fully queryable the whole time, and connections paused for billing resume automatically once the balance recovers.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Purchased credits stay in the account and carry across tier changes; the monthly allotment simply becomes the new plan's.

Purchased credits aren't refundable, but they don't expire either — they stay available as long as the account is active. A plan's monthly allotment is separate: it resets each billing cycle and doesn't roll over.
