How do credits work?+

Athenic runs on a prepaid credit system: credits are consumed as you use the platform (running queries, building dashboards, executing automations, and so on). Free accounts include 5,000 one-time credits to explore the product; Pro tops up at 250 credits per $1 with no contract.

What happens when I run out of credits?+

On Free, you can upgrade to Pro at any time to keep going. On Pro, you can enable auto-recharge or buy credits manually. Enterprise plans include custom credit allotments negotiated with your account team.

Can I change tiers later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Existing credits stay in your account and carry across tier changes.

Do you offer refunds on credits?+

Unused credits aren't refundable, but they don't expire either. You can use them whenever you need them as long as your account is active.

Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?+

Pro is usage-based with no commitment. Enterprise plans can include annual commitments and volume discounts. Reach out to sales@athenic.com for a quote.
